Marsel Transfers will do its best to provide you with your transportation service in a prompt manner but we will not be responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, road repairs, traffic conditions or any other situation beyond our control. Any additional expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Marsel Transfers will not be responsible for any cost or expense product of personal injury or to other people, accidents or deceases, loss or damage of personal objects, lack of fun, anger, anguish or frustration( whether physical or mental) which are a result of the following causes:
All internet bookings will be processed and will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive confirmation please contact our office at +52 1 998 339 4160 or by email at [email protected] We will not be responsible for any bookings not confirmed at our office.
Our prices are valid only during the time they are published and are subject to change without previous notice. We guarantee our prices only after we receive payment.
The reservation is considered as complete at the moment that you receive our confirmation.
Reservations are subject to availability.
All changes to a reservation are subject to price changes and availability.
The following points apply to all reservations
Cancellations MUST be done 24 hours before your service; otherwise they will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
We will refund 100% of the price of your service if you let us know more than 24 hours prior to your pick-up time. NO-SHOWS with no prior notice are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If we are unable to provide you with your service we will refund 100% of your service fee. In a round trip service if we provide you with only one leg of your service, arrival or departure, but not the other we will refund you 50% of your service fee.
If you wish to be removed from our databases, you may email us at [email protected] and instruct us accordingly.
Your safety is our highest priority. To ensure the safety of our passengers our drivers have the right to deny service to any passenger who, in the driver’s judgment, is unruly, disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or other passengers.
Our drivers also have the right and obligation to cancel or delay a service if he believes that there are no safe conditions to provide it.
Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal possessions. We will do our best to return any items left behind by their owners but we assume no responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Please make sure that you have retrieved all of your belongings when you arrive at your destination. If we need to return one of your belongings you will be responsible for any charges needed to deliver it.
Our services do not include a gratuity. Tipping is allowed and is much appreciated by our drivers. Pricing and Product Information

Marsel Transfers is not responsible for typographical errors and does reserve the right to make corrections and changes to this Website without notice. The prices displayed are in U.S. Dollars.
